Locations: Items are at various locations. Payment options: Cash, Check or Credit Card (3% Convenience Fee will be added to all credit card purchases) Online Bidding Terms: All property is sold "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determining factors. AAS Auctions may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall AAS Auctions be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. AAS Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the max bid feature. AAS Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Winning Online Bidder Your credit card on file will be charged up to $2000 unless you call ahead to make other payment arrangements (cash, check or wire transfer). There is a $2000 credit card limit and any invoice over $2000 will need to be made by wire transfer within 24 hours. If your credit card does not go through we will be calling and/or emailing you to collect payment immediately. Notes: It is the buyer's responsibility to make pick up arrangements within 7 days. Buyers are required to bring their own packing, boxes and tools for dismantling of purchased items. Buyers are required to bring necessary help to remove their items bought. Vehicles/Trailers/ATV: Any vehicle or trailer sold will come with Bill of Sale or Title. If stated No Title then only Bill of Sale will be transferred to new buyer. This will usually take 7 to 10 business days for this to be sent out by certified mail. Out of state Buyers BEWARE: Oklahoma does not require titles on trailers. So, in many instances there are no titles for trailers sold. Removal: Removal will be made by appointment once payment in full is confirmed. You will not be able to remove any items without a paid receipt in hand.
